Zajonchkovskyj Vladyslav Vojceh
12.04.1837 - 8.10.1898
Was born in Galich small
town Stryzhiv (now in Polish). After outflow of gymnasia in Zheshuv and Krakow studied mathematics and physics
in Jagelonskii university in Krakow, where won into 1861
y. learned degree a philosophy doctor. For deepening of its knowledges in mathematics industry leaves to Gottingen,
and after to Berlin and Vienna, and returning from, protected in Krakow dissertation on winning of rank learned
of private mathematics assistant professor.
In 1865-1872 yy. laid out hang to mathematician and analytic mechanics in Main school of Warzhava, and in 1872 y. appointed by usual mathematics
professor of Lviv Technical academy. On this post a professor concentrated its attention
on mathematical sciences and worked over development of Polytechnic school, in which in
1878-1879 and 1885-1886 sparring years elected by as rector. In 1887 ð. led a mathematics chair of this school.
As councillor Regional school did quite a few for improvement of school textbooks.
In 1872 y. select by as member-correspondent. and in
1891 y. is by actual member of Sciences Academy of
Krakow.
In scientific labour, which published in home
literature, elucidated world achievements in different mathematics industries. In his bagage - 20 scientific
labour, among which - "Theory of potential function"
(1864); "Analytic geometry" (1884); "Bases
of higher algebra" (1884)
